Yield: 3 loaves
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 3⁄4 cups warm water
- 2 2⁄3 cups warm water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 9 cups spelt flour
Instructions
In a cup, combine 3/4 cup of warm water and 1 tbsp of yeast. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine 2 2/3 cup of warm water, and salt.
Add flour and yeast mixture.
Stir well.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit( 220 degrees Celsius)
Knead for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Let dough rise for about an hour.
Divide into three, place into three greased loaf pans, and let rise again for 15 minutes.
Bake at 450degrees Fahrenheit (220C) for 20-25 minutes.
